NDIS Disability Support Services
Korama Care provides high quality, person-centred disability support services tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals and support requirements.
We support participants across Queensland and New South Wales and work closely with participants, families and support coordinators to ensure supports are safe, consistent and aligned with NDIS plans and participant outcomes.

Personal Care and In-Home Support
Support with daily activities that help participants maintain independence, safety and wellbeing in their home environment.
Supports may include personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting and assistance with daily routines.
Community Access and Participation
Support to help participants safely engage with their community, attend appointments and participate in social and recreational activities.
Short Term Respite
Short term respite supports for participants who require planned respite, transition support or emergency accommodation.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Structured support for participants living in shared or individual supported accommodation environments, focused on independence, routine and long-term stability.
