Korama Care supports participants to safely access and participate in their community while building confidence, independence and social connection.

Supports are tailored to individual goals, interests and cultural preferences.

Community Participation Supports May Include

Transport Support

Transport can be provided where required as part of community participation supports, ensuring safe and reliable access to appointments and activities.
