Korama Care provides in-home disability supports designed to help participants maintain independence, safety and wellbeing in their own home.

Our supports are tailored to each participant’s daily routine, preferences and NDIS goals, helping participants remain comfortable and supported in their familiar environment

Our In-Home Supports May Include:

✔ Personal care and hygiene assistance
✔ Meal preparation and nutrition support
✔ Medication prompting (as per support plans)
✔ Household task assistance
✔ Daily routine support
✔ Mobility assistance within the home
 

This Support May Be Suitable For

• Require daily support to remain living at home

• Need assistance with personal care or household tasks

• Are building independence in daily living skills
